A bespoke strap begins with your watch and is built up, choice by choice, into something that exists only once. We guide you through every decision and confirm the details before cutting begins.

Leather
Matte or shiny alligator, large grain alligator and goat leather.
Colour
More than twenty alligator shades, from classic browns to deep greens and blues.
Stitching
Saddle stitched by hand, in the thread colour of your choice.
Lining
A lining leather chosen to suit the strap, including Zermatt from Tanneries Haas.
Dimensions
Cut to your lug width and strap length.
Buckle or deployant
Made to suit your original buckle or deployant clasp.
Personal details
A monogram or other details, on request.

Made slowly, by hand, one strap at a time

Traditional leathercraft leaves little room for shortcuts. Each strap passes through the same hands from the first cut to the final inspection.

Our story
  1. 01

    Hand cutting

    Each strap is cut from the chosen hide by hand, following the grain and character of the leather.

  2. 02

    Skiving

    Edges and folds are thinned by hand so the strap sits close to the wrist and curves naturally.

  3. 03

    Hand punching

    Stitch holes are marked and punched by hand at an even pitch.

  4. 04

    Saddle stitching

    Two needles, one thread. Each stitch locks independently, so the seam holds even if one is cut.

  5. 05

    Edge finishing

    Edges are sanded, burnished or painted in layers until smooth and closed.

  6. 06

    Assembly

    Layers, lining and keepers are joined with care and allowed to set.

  7. 07

    Final inspection

    Every strap is checked for fit, finish and stitching before it leaves the workshop.
